Method2Market

Before you invest, know if it can work.

I have spent more than 30 years working across agriculture and commercial business. During that time, I have seen good businesses succeed, and I have also seen good people put a lot of money, time, and effort into opportunities that simply didn't work. Often the problem wasn't the product or the people. The opportunity had just never been properly tested.

That is where I come in.

You may be considering a new crop, a new product, a new market, an expansion, a processing opportunity or simply an idea that you are not sure about. You don't need to have everything worked out before we talk. Sometimes the first step is simply to sit down and work through the opportunity. What are you trying to achieve? Who is going to buy it? What will it cost? What needs to be true for it to work?

Sometimes that conversation is enough to give you clarity. Sometimes it shows you need to do more work. Sometimes it tells you the opportunity isn't worth pursuing.

That is useful too.

When an opportunity deserves a deeper look, the Method2Market approach provides a structured way to test the market, product, production, economics, customer, and route to market before you commit significant money and resources.

The objective is simple.

Understand the opportunity before you commit.

If you have something you are considering and want to talk it through, let's start there.
